To: Anthony Taley.
      Head of Departament.
From: Matteo Armas.

Dear Sir. Taley

I´m writing yo you because last month, I ordener a 2 x 3 cm components from your online store( order  F345/01 OF 2 March). Before placing the order I read all the conditions very carefully  and the item was stock and with the dimension that I want.

Three days passed and arrived a  3 x 2 cm components and the D70 motor you sent doesn´t work. and another important thing is that I noticed that payment had been taken from my credit chard.
I phoned your customer sevice line and the person that I spoke to, Tori, was very rude. But she said  it must be a  packaging error for the components but se couldn't explain why the money had been taken from my chard.

I have bougth many things from you over the years and I have always had a good service,  I don't know what happened this time but I´m sure you will be able to resolve the situation in a satisfactory way.

I look forward the hearing from you.
Your sincerely.
Matteo Armas
